Lifetime Warranty
Dynamis Jewelry Lifetime Warranty Policy
At Dynamis Jewelry, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces.
Every Dynamis item is made or selected with care, and we want you to feel confident in the jewelry you wear. Our Lifetime Warranty protects against manufacturing defects and material failures for the lifetime of the original purchaser, beginning from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Dynamis Jewelry or an authorized Dynamis Jewelry retailer. It is not transferable and becomes void if the item is resold, gifted after purchase, or purchased from an unauthorized seller.
What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing issues or material failure, including:
- Loose, damaged, or missing stones due to a manufacturing defect
- Broken necklace chains due to a manufacturing defect
- Snapped bracelet strands due to a manufacturing defect
- Malfunctioning clasps or hinges
- Items that come apart due to a confirmed manufacturing issue
- Other structural defects present under normal use
All warranty claims are reviewed case by case and must be approved by our team.
What Is Not Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by regular wear, accidental damage, improper care, or changes made outside of Dynamis Jewelry.
The following are not covered:
- Lost or stolen items
- Scratches, dents, marks, or general wear from regular use
- Tarnishing, oxidization, discoloration, or natural changes in finish over time
- Damage caused by chemicals, moisture, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, cleaning solutions, or extreme conditions
- Damage caused by improper storage, misuse, pulling, bending, dropping, or impact
- Accidental damage
- Natural deterioration of materials over time
- Third-party repairs, alterations, resizing, modifications, or cleaning
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Resold items or items with a change of ownership
- Sample sale, clearance, or final sale items, unless otherwise stated
Tarnishing and surface wear are natural characteristics of sterling silver and other metals over time. They are not considered manufacturing defects.

Warranty Review and Approval
All warranty claims are subject to inspection, review, and approval by Dynamis Jewelry.
If your claim is approved, we may repair the item, replace the item, or issue store credit at our discretion. The available solution will depend on the issue, the condition of the item, and product availability.
We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim that falls outside our coverage criteria.
What Happens If My Item Is No Longer Available?
If your warranty claim is approved but the original item is no longer available, discontinued, or out of stock, we may issue store credit equal to the original purchase value.
We do not offer rainchecks for discontinued or out-of-stock items.
Frequently Asked Questions
I accidentally damaged my jewelry. Is it covered?
Accidental damage is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
This includes damage caused by dropping, pulling, bending, impact, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, or misuse. However, depending on the item and the type of damage, we may be able to offer a paid repair option.
Is tarnishing covered under warranty?
No. Tarnishing, oxidization, and discoloration over time are not covered under warranty.
Sterling silver can naturally tarnish when exposed to moisture, air, sweat, skin oils, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, and other environmental factors. This is a natural reaction and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Are scratches or dents covered?
No. Scratches, dents, and surface marks from regular wear are not covered.
Jewelry that is worn often will naturally develop signs of use over time. These marks are part of normal wear and are not considered defects.
Can I repair my item somewhere else and still keep the warranty?
No. Any third-party repair, resizing, alteration, modification, or cleaning service will void the warranty.
To protect your warranty, please contact Dynamis Jewelry before attempting any repair or modification.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Please contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, clear photos, and any supporting video if needed.
