At Dynamis Jewelry, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry. We stand behind the quality of our pieces with a Lifetime Warranty, ensuring that each jewelry item is free of material and manufacturing defects upon receipt. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and remains valid for their lifetime, beginning from the date of purchase from an authorized Dynamis Jewelry retailer, subject to applicable laws governing consumer goods.

The warranty becomes void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized seller or resold by the original purchaser.

While we are confident in our product’s quality, our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage, or any modifications performed by a third party.

  • Your full name and shipping address
  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue
  • Acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized Dynamis Jewelry retailer

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval.

What Does Our Lifetime Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers damages or defects caused by manufacturing issues and material failures, including:

  • Loose, damaged, or missing stones
  • Snapped bracelet strands
  • Broken necklace chains
  • Malfunctioning clasps or hinges
  • Items that have fallen apart due to manufacturing defects

What is Not Covered?

The following circumstances are not covered under our warranty:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Oxidization, discoloration, or tarnishing over time
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, chemicals, or improper care
  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Natural deterioration of materials over time (e.g., scratches, dents, rips, tears, pilling)
  • Damage due to improper storage or maintenance
  • Third-party alterations or repairs (including the use of cleaning solutions that could harm the finish)
  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Resold items or change of ownership
  • Sample sale items

Note: While we aim to accommodate warranty claims, each request is assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to reject claims at our discretion if they fall outside the outlined coverage criteria.

Frequently Asked Questions

I accidentally damaged my jewelry. Can I get a replacement?
Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care is not covered under warranty. However, if you need a repair, we may be able to assist with paid service options.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
Please provide the following when submitting a claim:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Two (2) photos clearly showing the issue
  • One (1) photo of the item with a handwritten order number on a piece of paper next to it
  • A short video (up to 10 seconds) demonstrating the issue
  • Confirmation of your current shipping address

Incomplete claims may be denied.

What if my jewelry is no longer in stock?
If your warranty claim is approved but the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase value. No rainchecks are available for out-of-stock items.
