How can I make a return?
We offer a 14-day return window from the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at dynamisjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or import charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I clean my Dynamis jewelry?
Use the provided Dynamis polishing cloth to gently clean the silver or gold areas of your jewelry.
For deeper cleaning, use mild diluted soap with warm water, then dry the piece thoroughly before storing it.
To help preserve your jewelry, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, and harsh chemicals.
Why has my silver jewelry tarnished?
Our sterling silver pieces are made with 925 sterling silver, which means the metal contains 92.5% pure silver and a small amount of alloy for strength and durability.
Over time, sterling silver can naturally tarnish when exposed to moisture, air, skin oils, sweat, lotions, perfumes, or chemicals. This is a normal reaction and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Tarnish can usually be cleaned with a polishing cloth or proper silver-cleaning care.
How do I prevent tarnishing?
To help reduce tarnishing, we recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place when not being worn.
Avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotions, perfumes, or hair products.
After wearing, gently wipe your piece with the provided polishing cloth before storing it.
Is Dynamis Jewelry made from real silver?
Yes. Many of our pieces are made from solid 925 sterling silver.

Are Dynamis pieces mass produced?
No. Dynamis Jewelry focuses on quality, detail, and limited production pieces.
We are not a mass-production jewelry brand. Many of our designs are produced in smaller quantities, giving each piece a more personal and lasting feel.
Do other stores sell authentic Dynamis Jewelry?
No.

Will my order arrive gift-ready?
Yes. Every Dynamis order arrives in signature Dynamis packaging and includes a polishing cloth.
Our packaging is designed to feel premium and ready to gift.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. We offer custom orders for select requests, including personalized designs or having certain existing Dynamis pieces made in gold.
Custom orders start from $2,500 and are considered final sale.

Is gold considered a custom order?
Yes. If you would like one of our existing products made in gold, it is considered a custom order.
Pricing depends on the material, size, weight, design complexity, and any special details requested.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Dynamis Jewelry offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tarnishing, accidental damage, improper care, loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party repairs.
