How can I make a return?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at dynamisjewellery@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return shipping costs as well as duties and taxes (if apply) are the customer's responsibility.

How do I clean my Dynamis jewelry?

Use the provided Dynamis polishing cloth to gently wipe silver/gold portions clean. Remove any remaining tarnish or impurities with mild diluted soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly before storing your jewelry.

 

How do I fix jewelry that has become tarnished?

Dynamis silver collections are made with 92.5% Sterling Silver and 7% alloy, including copper. Tarnishing is not a manufacturing defect and can result due chemical reactions with moisture in your skin and alloys within the metal. This is a natural reaction and there is no way to stop it from fading. 

 

Do other stores sell authentic, new Dynamis merchandise?

No.

 

Will my Dynamis purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

Yes. All Dynamis items are wrapped in signature Dynamis packaging, complete with polishing cloth.
